Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, full-time assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, including Orthopedic cases.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the region as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience working with outpatient orthopedic populations preferred.
• Ability to work full-time hours, with approval for OT hours from the director.
• Willingness to see 12-14 patients per day and manage a productivity of 60 visits/week.
• Capable of handling double-booked follow-up visits efficiently.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient therapy experience, particularly in orthopedic settings.
• Previous travel therapy experience is a plus.
• New graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome.
