Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with guaranteed 36 hours.
• Willingness to work with a variety of patient cases, including outpatient orthopedics.
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits/week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Ability to work in a team environment and double-book follow-up visits as needed.
