• Full-time, day shifts, outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to various patient populations, primarily orthopedic cases
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with a productivity expectation of 12-14 patients per day and approximately 60 visits weekly
• May see patients in assigned clinic or neighboring locations, with flexibility for travel teams

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings
• Willingness to travel to nearby clinics if needed
