Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location
• Newburyport, MA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, temp-to-hire, day shifts (8 hours)
• 5 shifts per week, Tuesday through Saturday (flexible hours on Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients in an acute inpatient setting
• Provide effective physical therapy treatments to patients with various diagnoses
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment notes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, flexibility, and interpersonal communication

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Inpatient Physical Therapy experience in a hospital or acute care setting

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
