• Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in a critical care setting, adhering to AACN standards.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to inform patient treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized care suited to patients' age, physical ability, and developmental needs across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient treatment and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and credential compliance prior to start date.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Vermont or ability to obtain licensure.
• Critical care experience, with a minimum of two years as an RN.
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring.
• Ability to work night shifts and provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in ICU settings, particularly in a critical access hospital.
• Familiarity with pediatric, adult, and geriatric care needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
