LVN / LPN LTC/SNF

Job Title

• LVN / LPN - Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF)

• Bottineau, ND

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week assignment, on nights shift, with every other weekend and holiday coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a LTC/SNF setting.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
• Monitor and document patient conditions using electronic medical records (PCC).
• Collaborate with nursing team and other healthcare staff to ensure resident well-being.
• Support residents with dementia, heart disease, COPD, CKD, depression, and other chronic conditions.
• Follow assigned shift duties and assist during weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota.
• Proven experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts reliably.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (PCC preferred).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for residents with dementia and chronic illnesses.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple residents.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).
