Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical Acute Care/OBS unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, with a focus on critical disease states.
• Participate in a rotating call schedule, including one call shift every two weeks.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Acute Care, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or similar RN roles.
• Current Registered Nurse license valid in Colorado.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends, and participate in call rotations.
• Current flu vaccine.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with orthopedic surgeries, hybrid Cath Lab procedures, or acute/chronic illnesses.
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
