Schedule / Job Type
- Day shifts, 2 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document resident assessments and care activities accurately
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and nursing procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
- BLS or CPR certification
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
