Schedule / Job Type
- Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents' well-being
- Document care and patient responses accurately and timely
- Assist with patient assessments and implement care plans as directed
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license
- Current state licensure and licensing in good standing
- Basic nursing skills and knowledge of long-term care procedures
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts reliably
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
