• Full-time, day shifts, on-site
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Administer medication and treatments according to care plans
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition changes
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Document all patient interactions and healthcare activities accurately
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Recent experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and procedures
• Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior work experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
