Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, shifts three times per week, 12-hour day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Kansas
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills in a long-term care or SNF environment
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts effectively
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Knowledge of EMR/ehr systems preferred
- Compassionate patient care and strong attention to detail
