Job Title
• Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant

Location
• Silver City, NM

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services in a clinical setting
• Assist in implementing therapy plans for diverse patient populations
• Work primarily during daytime hours with some holiday coverage as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress

Required Qualifications
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Flexibility to work some holidays and be on-call when required, arriving within 30 minutes
• Willingness to float in accordance with facility policies and standards

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous employment within a hospital or outpatient therapy department within the last 2 years
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules and emergency calls
