Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts (mids)
• Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (discuss in interview)
• 5 shifts per week, every other weekend

Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to adult patients in a 29-bed Medical Surgical/Oncology unit.
• Assist with oncology procedures including central line draws, ports, and chemotherapy administration (preferred).
• Monitor and manage telemetry, blood administration, PCA pumps, bone marrow aspirations, and pleurX chest tubes.
• Support patients battling cancer, palliative care, and facilitate family education on oncological processes.
• Float within scope as needed to meet facility requirements and accommodate blocked schedule requests.

Required Qualifications
• Active WV or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
• BLS certification via American Heart Association
• Experience with telemetry, central line draws, blood administration, PCA pumps, and oncology procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Chemotherapy administration experience (preferred)
• PleurX chest tube management and bone marrow aspiration experience
• Strong clinical skills across medical-surgical and oncology nursing
