Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult medical and surgical patients, including oncology, palliative care, urology, and telemetry patients.
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and medications, including PCA pumps and central line management.
• Assist with procedures such as ports access, bone marrow aspirations, and chest tube management.
• Float within scope to meet unit needs and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Follow established protocols for patient safety, documentation, and family education.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding certifications, immunizations, and documentation requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid WV or Compact RN license (pending license accepted based on case evaluation).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Experience with telemetry, central line draws, blood administration, PCA pumps, and chemotherapeutic agents.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience administering chemotherapy (preferred).
• Knowledge of PleurX chest tubes, bone marrow aspirations, and blood draws.
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
