Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department utilizing the nursing process in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and certifications.
• Delegate patient care priorities appropriately based on staff qualifications.
• Supervise and guide assigned personnel delivering patient care during shifts.

Required Qualifications

• WI RN or multi-state RN license, attached to submissions.
• Must have at least 3 years of recent ER experience in a hospital setting.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association must be attached.
• TNCC preferred but not required.
• Ability to work 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours, with varying start times between 7 PM and 11 AM, including weekend rotations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous ER experience in a hospital environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced emergency setting.
