- Langhorne, PA
Schedule / Job Type
- PRN with availability to pick up nights, approximately 5 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to appropriate team members
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and interactions
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible PRN schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
