Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in a cardiovascular operating room setting.
• Assist with patient care processes during surgical procedures.
• Adhere to facility protocols, including pre-start modules, EKG, and pharmacy tests.
• Comply with all travel and compliance requirements, including drug screening and documentation deadlines.
• Maintain necessary licenses and certifications, with a focus on cardiovascular OR procedures.
• Follow strict facility policies, including no call policy and nicotine-free requirement.

Required Qualifications

• 18 months of clinical experience in a cardiovascular surgical environment.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid professional license applicable to the role.
• Ability to pass drug screening (10-panel plus nicotine test) within 12 months of start.
• Complete orientation modules, including EKG and pharmacy tests, with a maximum of two attempts for each.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in CVOR or operating room settings.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and protocols specific to cardiovascular surgery.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
