Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an outpatient clinic setting within a busy ambulatory care environment
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures under provider supervision
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients on health management and follow-up care
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with clinic protocols and health and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Kansas RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of ambulatory or med-surg nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in ambulatory clinics or outpatient settings
• Urgent care experience is a plus

Additional Details

• Shifts: Days, 12-hour shifts
• Weekend work required (1-2 weekends per month)
• Minimal on-call responsibilities for occasional staff absences
• Holiday hours: 9 am - 5 pm on holidays
• Virtual orientation held every Monday
• Credentialing to be completed 1 week prior to start
• Note: Locals not accepted (60-mile radius rule)
• Bi-weekly pay, 8-hour no-bill orientation
• Client permits up to 2 cancellations per month with a minimum 2-hour notice
