• Nights, 12.5-hour shifts
• 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a psychiatric inpatient setting, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patients’ clinical conditions and communicate changes promptly with physicians, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate actively in discharge planning and patient stabilization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
• Valid Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license, must be attached to application.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (must be through the American Heart Association), and CPI certification, all must be attached to submission packet.
• Must use the provided submission template to be considered for this role; submissions without the template will be rejected.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in psychiatric care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
