Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, approximately 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and assist with daily activities and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
• Adapt to float pool assignments and work efficiently in various hospital units.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts reliably.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of hospital electronic health records.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a float pool or hospital-wide assignments.
• Familiarity with TennCare and hospital policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
