Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical unit within a hospital setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and record observations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
- Adapt to float pool assignments, covering various units as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a Medical Surgical or float pool setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment.
