Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical (Med/Surg) patients on a dedicated 30-bed unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- 2+ years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Experience in level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital setting.
- Positive attitude with a focus on timely patient care.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a 12+ patient ratio environment.
- Previous work in a hospital with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a team.
