Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals undergoing dialysis treatment
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license
• Experience or knowledge in dialysis nursing preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous dialysis nursing experience
• Knowledge of age-specific patient care needs
• Certification in nephrology nursing (preferred but not required)
