Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals undergoing dialysis treatment
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver holistic patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license
- Experience or knowledge in dialysis nursing preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous dialysis nursing experience
- Knowledge of age-specific patient care needs
- Certification in nephrology nursing (preferred but not required)
