Rotating shifts, full-time (3 shifts per week), 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff within designated neighborhoods, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a person-centered, resident-directed culture.
• Conduct professional nursing assessments and evaluations for residents, coordinating care with other nursing team members.
• Implement and oversee clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient practices supporting high-quality nursing care.
• Maintain documentation, medication administration, safety protocols, and resident rights in accordance with facility and government standards.
• Support organizational fiscal health by ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate staffing levels within the household.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other departments to coordinate comprehensive resident care and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate dementia-sensitive care practices, promoting individualized and well-being-centered approaches for residents with dementia.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NRP certification
• Intermediate fetal monitoring class completed
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
• Knowledge of infection control, wound management, and MDS/RAI processes
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to foster person-centered and dementia-sensitive care
