Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurgical setting
• Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records using electronic health records
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Experience with electronic health record systems (preferably EPIC)
• Valid compact or state nursing license in Ohio at the time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
