Schedule / Job Type

• Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting on night shift.
• Recognize and respond to various ECG rhythms and monitor telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license or active compact license.
• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and perform safe medication administration.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment.
• Pass drug screen (10-panel plus nicotine) within 12 months.
• Background checks completed within 48 hours of onboarding.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital setting within the Cleveland Clinic system.
• Experience working night shifts in a busy medical surgical or telemetry unit.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
