• Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
