- Full-time, contract (13-26 weeks), evening shifts (5x8 hours, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday) with flexible duration
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Siemens MRI scanners including Vida, Aera, Skyra, and Avanto for routine neuro, body, and MSK exams
- Perform MRI procedures with at least 1 year of experience in a similar setting
- Ensure all exams are completed accurately while adhering to safety protocols
- Obtain necessary credentials and licensure (ARRT (MR), AHA BLS) prior to start
- Complete credentialing requirements including background checks and drug screenings
- Maintain compliance with travel and facility regulations, including nicotine testing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent MRI experience in the specialty
- Valid Ohio MRI license (compact licenses accepted for starts after 1/1/23)
- Certification: ARRT (MR) and BLS active and current
- Ability to perform routine neuro, body, and MSK exams using Siemens scanners
- Negative 10-panel drug test including nicotine within the past 12 months
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or outpatient imaging center setting
- Previous travel MRI technician experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and follow all safety protocols
