Schedule / Job Type
- Days, Part-time (3 shifts per week), 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health status and document care activities accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident support
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Vermont
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents and team members
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
