• Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

• Flint, MI
Schedule / Job Type
• Contract, Days shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, Skilled nursing facilities
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech therapy evaluations and treatment plans for patients in skilled nursing facilities
• Deliver therapy sessions focused on improving communication and swallowing functions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
• Valid State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Proven experience providing speech therapy services in a healthcare setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care facilities
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
