- Days shift, part-time (3 shifts per week), 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document clinical information accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Strong clinical skills in long-term and skilled nursing care
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate patient care focus
