- Part-time, on-site, days shift, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor and record patient symptoms and progress
- Administer medication and treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts effectively
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in SNF or LTC facilities
- Knowledge of EHR or patient documentation systems
