- Full-time, Days, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, plan, organize, and improve workflow across Radiology Services departments, including Mammography and related disciplines.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, charge reconciliation, MQSA preparation, equipment oversight, and staff education.
- Perform and assist with imaging exams in mammography, ultrasound, and bone density as needed.
- Provide department orientation, coaching, and supervision to staff, acting as a liaison in the absence of management.
- Ensure compliance with certification standards and maintain quality standards across all imaging modalities.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT - Mammography (ARRT-M) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist.
- Supervisor experience or at least 2 years as a Lead Tech preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Licensure by the State of Texas as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), if applicable.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with supervising or leading radiology teams.
- Certification or proficiency in multiple imaging modalities such as CT, MR, or Rad.
- Knowledge of MQSA standards and equipment maintenance.
