• Full-time, Days shift, 7 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy approaches accordingly
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with current physical therapy technology and documentation systems
