Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, 5 days a week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a busy clinic setting
- Conduct assessments, establish discharge plans, and set short-term goals
- Take vital signs and monitor patient progress
- Implement home exercise programs and assist with lifting and transfers
- Document patient care using Cerner charting system
- Support facility needs within scope, including potential float responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
- Valid Illinois state license in good standing
- BLS certification
- Active or pending IL license (must have license in hand at submission)
- Experience taking vital signs and working in outpatient clinics
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with assessment, discharge planning, and goal setting
- Knowledge of signs and symptoms across various types of abuse
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
