Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, approximately 8 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to patients, following prescribed protocols
• Document patient progress and report relevant updates to supervising therapists
• Support patient recovery and rehabilitation efforts through personalized care
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Proven experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with similar patient populations or therapy modalities
• Knowledge of working with electronic health records (EHR) systems
