Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Days shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, guaranteed 36 hours

Key Responsibilities
• Assist occupational therapists in providing patient care and therapy sessions
• Support treatment plans and help implement therapeutic activities
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• State licensure or registration as required
• Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a psychiatric or inpatient setting beneficial
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment
