Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients in a clinical setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in patient care planning.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize treatment flow.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans are compliant with clinical standards.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-clinic environment, with opportunities to float to other clinics as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid State of Georgia Physical Therapist license.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Recent graduates considered if they meet the experience criteria.
• Flexibility to float between clinics.
