Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts (7AM - 7PM), Travel/Temporary

Key Responsibilities
• Provide routine and complex nursing care to patients in a Telemetry unit on day shifts.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor for side-effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medication administration, and care provided.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about health conditions, treatments, and care needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes and appropriate care delivery.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• ACLS certification from AHA.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a related specialty preferred.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in Cardiac and Telemetry units.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
