Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy services to patients to improve their daily living and motor skills.
• Monitor patient progress and document sessions as required.
• Support patient care in accordance with treatment protocols and facility standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care activities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pediatric or adult therapy populations.
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and adaptive techniques.
