Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic needs.
• Assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and document outcomes.
• Float to neighboring clinics as needed to support team coverage.
• Manage a productivity rate of approximately 60 patient visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic throughput.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedics experience.
• Open to first-time travel therapists and new graduates.
• Experience with patient documentation and treatment planning.
