Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to maximize clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team for float coverage to other clinics if necessary.
• Guarantee 36 hours per week with the potential to work up to 40 hours, with prior approval for overtime.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient care standards are upheld.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Ability to manage a busy outpatient orthopedic caseload.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with orthopedic and outpatient populations.
• Ability to float between clinics as needed.
