Key Responsibilities

• Providing outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients, including initial assessments and treatment planning
• Managing a caseload of 10–12 visits per day, focusing on orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Performing fall risk assessments and implementing appropriate intervention strategies
• Documenting patient progress and updating treatment plans in compliance with institutional protocols
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Mississippi
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience (new grads considered with a reduced bill rate)
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and patient documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attire includes business casual, such as polo shirts and khaki pants

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating orthopedic conditions like Achilles tendinitis, ACL tears, post-operative rehab, and low back pain
• Experience with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and degenerative diseases
• Knowledge of Fall Risk Assessment and postural assessment techniques
