Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Full-time, overnight shifts, 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical conditions in a progressive care unit
• Monitor and assess patient status, administer medications, and coordinate treatments in a fast-paced environment
• Document patient information accurately utilizing Epic and medication systems such as Pyxis, Accudose, and Omnicell
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate effectively using SBAR protocols
• Float within the organization as needed to support patient care across units

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in a similar setting (Progressive care/Stepdown/PCU preferred)
• Valid Ohio RN license or a current compact license in hand at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with Epic, Pyxis, Accudose, or Omnicell systems preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous float experience across different units within a hospital environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a high-pressure setting
