Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services in aClinic setting.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient throughput.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure appropriate approval for overtime hours.
• Float to other clinics within the network as required.
• Maintain documentation and patient progress records in compliance with facility standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Ohio state license or license eligible.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Will accept new grads and first-time travelers.
• Willing to accept a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) if qualified.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
