Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Treat a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to ensure timely patient care.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and supervisors to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Manage patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Work float shifts to other clinics within the region as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Georgia state license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work a standard 8-hour shift.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is highly preferred.
• Previous travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work day shifts and potentially float to other clinics.

• Elevated rates are available for April start dates; standard rates apply for later starts.

• A PTA may be considered for this role; OT hours must be approved in advance.
• Temporary shifts offer 36 hours guaranteed, with potential to work up to 40 hours.
