Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to optimize clinic flow and patient care.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure quality treatment and patient satisfaction.
• Adhere to the productivity and scheduling guidelines approved by clinic leadership.
• Float to other nearby clinics as needed to support patient care needs.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts and maintain productivity goals.
• Willingness to travel or float to neighboring clinics if necessary.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient orthopedic or therapy experience.
• Ability to handle a high volume of patient visits efficiently.
• Experience with double-booking follow-up appointments.
