Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients.
• Manage a productivity of approximately 12-14 patients per day, including follow-up visits.
• Conduct up to 40 hours of work per week, with at least 36 hours guaranteed.
• Collaborate with team members and seek approval before performing overtime.
• Float to other clinics within the same network as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients daily and manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Willingness to work full-time day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the network.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience with knowledge of follow-up visit protocols.
