Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population
• See approximately 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Manage patient care, including follow-up visits and documentation
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain approval for overtime hours before working additional time
• Float to other clinics as needed within the local area (within 50 miles)

Required Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to accept new grads and first-time travelers
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred
• Strong adaptability to clinic float requirements
• Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently
