Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and document health progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal needs
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of South Dakota
- CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly or geriatric populations
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
